We make every effort to ensure that every item sold  arrives exactly as described by the seller. Our priority is to provide our community with a safe shopping experience.

We kindly request that all items comply with our rules to be approved. It's important to follow these guidelines, as failure to do so may result in your item being identified by our teams as counterfeit or non-compliant.

Rejected items / Not for sale

Counterfeits including:

• Counterfeits and items that infringe intellectual property rights (IPR), as well as original items with counterfeit elements (e.g., original bag with imitation handle)
• Replicas/imitations of real models

Non-compliant items including:

• Due to transport restrictions, we cannot accept shipments larger than the following dimensions: 600 x 400 x 200 mm or 500 x 500 x 330 mm.
• Items from the following fast fashion brands 
• Additional items not originally offered for sale individually, such as:
  • Packaging (e.g. dust bags)
  • Spare parts (e.g. padlock, locks/keys...)
  • Prototypes, catwalk or showroom items, samples, uniforms
• Articles from VIP or press events
  • Gifts offered by brands or stores as part of a purchase (e.g. makeup gifts, beauty gifts)
  • Business displays
• Watches that have undergone any kind of design changes or where original elements have been altered (such as the addition of diamonds) will not be approved unless the change was made through the official brand.
• Lifestyle items (e.g. sports and home textiles, pet accessories) and related items (e.g. watches, rings)
• Jewelry made of gold, silver or platinum without a test mark.
• Unsigned Jewelry: We reserve the right to refuse listing any undefined jewelry brand on the platform and to remove any jewelry classified as Unsigned that has been listed under other brands.
• Items containing fur or material from protected, endangered or threatened species such as:
  
  • coral
  • Elephant leather
  • horn
  • ivory
  • leopard
  • Lion
  • lynx
  • marmot
  • Natural pearls
  • ocelot
  • otter
  • Panther
  • sealskin
  • shark
  • tiger
  • tortoise
  • wolf

Accepted items with mandatory information in the description

In order to provide accurate information to our buyers, we kindly request you to provide the following details.

• Glasses with corrective lenses
• Items with alterations (e.g., coloring, an added element, a watch strap that doesn't match the original). Watches with documented branding changes will be accepted.
• Repaired/dyed items
• Items from an outlet
• Items from private sales

If the following information is not provided, we will inform buyers via the quality control report. If you choose to ship directly, please note that returns are possible, which may affect your seller statistics.
